COVID Response Fee

To our Travel Resorts members, family and friends,

The last year has been a challenging time for all of us. COVID has limited travel and forced many businesses to temporarily shut down or permanently close their doors. In the face of such uncertainty, it has been our honor to be a vacation destination you can count on to provide you and your loved ones a safe vacation experience.

No one could have predicted we would struggle with the effects of COVID for so long. With no end in sight, we must prepare for our next season. We want to assure you, our top priority is to make sure we can still provide you with the level of service and amenities you and your family deserve, while complying with the safety mandates and guidelines required to keep a park open during a pandemic.

Regrettably, due to COVID, TRA’s operational costs are approximately ____% higher. To help manage a portion of this amount, TRA is assessing a one time COVID response fee*.

This fee will go to support the following COVID measures, which are necessary for the safe operation of the park:

1. Heightened cleaning protocol

2. COVID testing for members

3. Covid testing for staff

4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff

5. Optional PPE for members

6. Staffing costs

This fee will only cover a portion of the operational cost associated with managing COVID but will ensure we can maintain a safe operation. We are grateful for you and all our members and look forward to seeing you this next camping season.

COVID Response Fee FAQs

Campaid is a one-time fee that will be added to your maintenance fee, to help with Covid related costs.

Your fees will be determined by your monthly maintenance fee.

We kindly request that you pay this bill. We are trying to keep all our members safe during these trying times. 

The COVID Response Fee will either be sent to you at the same time you receive or would have received your maintenance fee. For your convenience, if you have already elected to have your maintenance fee withdrawn automatically, this fee will also be paid at that time. If you would not like to have this fee auto drafted or do not have auto draft, we ask you to [insert payment method here]
