Travel Resorts of America and its affiliates and subsidiaries is the developer and seller of Travel Resorts of America memberships in multiple states and is the sponsor of this promotion. Everyone over the age of majority is welcome to visit our preview center or resort sales office and purchase; however, in order to participate in this promotional offer, you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) must meet the requirements set forth in these Details of Participation. If you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) do not meet these requirements, you will not be eligible to receive any gifts and/or accommodations in connection with this offer. If you do not meet these requirements, but you or your spouse or cohabitating significant other have received gifts and/or accommodations, you will be charged the verifiable retail value for such gifts and/or accommodations, plus all applicable taxes, less any payments made by you. If you are married or cohabitating with a significant other, you and your spouse or significant other (as applicable) are hereinafter collectively referred to herein as “We” or “Us:” The camping  package being offered is provided by Travel Resorts of America, LLC,.

‍In order to participate in this promotional offer, you, and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) must meet the requirements set forth herein. You, or at least one of you  (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) must be  at least 21 years of age and  each of you  (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) must have a valid driver’s license, government-issued I.D., or, if not a US citizen, a current valid form of government issued identification.  You, We, or at least one of us (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) own and operate a recreational vehicle duly (RV) registered to you in your State of residence, and you maintain no less than the minimum liability and property insurance on your RV as required by law. You, WE,  or at least one of you  (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) must have a valid personal debit card bearing a MasterCard® or Visa® logo or a valid personal credit card bearing a MasterCard,® Visa,® American Express,® or Discover® logo. You or We (if married or cohabitating with a significant other), must have a gross annual household income of at least $50,000 . If cohabiting with a significant other and combining income, I understand that proof of cohabitation through government-issued identifications showing identical home addresses is required. You   (or We if married or cohabitating with a significant other) must attend and complete an approximately two-hour Travel Resorts of America® sales presentation and tour regarding the benefits of campground membership at the Travel Resorts of America preview center in my selected destination area.  If married, or cohabiting, both individuals must attend and complete the timeshare sales presentation and tour together. Group travel on this camping package is not permitted. Group travel is defined as traveling with friends or family on separately purchased camping packages to the same destination during overlapping travel dates. Taxes on accommodations will apply and are my sole responsibility upon check-out. If applicable, I understand that if I reschedule a camping package reservation booked within 30 days of the camping package purchase date, I will no longer be eligible to receive this reservation incentive.  Travel Resorts of America reserves the right to change these qualifications without notice.   Attendance at an approximately two-hour sales presentation and property tour is required to be eligible for this promotion. The sales presentation will be in English. By accepting this offer and to meet its eligibility requirements, you affirm that you (or We if married or cohabitating with a significant other) are conversant in the English language and have read and understand this Details of Participation. A promotional gift may be offered with this promotion to be provided upon completion of the timeshare sales presentation and tour (or earlier if required by law). Travel must be completed within 12 months of the issue date of the camping package. Verified retail value of campground RV accommodations is a rate between $50.00 and $100.00 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, destination and camping package offer, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods and holiday stays. Verified retail value of promotional items offered is up to $1000.00, unless stated otherwise. Travel Resorts of America reserves the right to substitute promotional item(s) at equal or greater value.

Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable room, lodging,  and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Boats are not permitted, and motorcycle and RV restrictions may apply in certain destination areas. You may request and will receive documentation showing that the camping package provided matches the camping package selected by you. This offer is made on a space-available basis and is non-transferable. One offer per household. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Travel Resorts of America acts as an agent for hotels, attractions, and other services supplied as part of the camping package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. All operators, including air carriers, hotels, car rental companies and attractions mentioned are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations toward and limitations in respect to liability to the purchaser directly. Travel Resorts of America is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, or Acts of God. Employees of Travel Resorts of America, or thier affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.   If you are a resident of a country other than the U.S. or Canada., you may be ineligible for this promotion and it may be withheld in the sponsor’s sole discretion. The following are also ineligible for this offer: Current members of Travel Resorts of America, current members of Camp Coast to Coast;  current holders of TRA promotional offers; and those who have attended a TRA sales presentation without purchase within the past 24 months. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This promotion is offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. You agree that names, email addresses and postal addresses obtained during this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of  other TRA products and services, discount camping products, and travel service. Upon cancellation of the camping package, where you are not at fault and have not cancelled in violation of the terms and conditions within your camping package materials, all sums paid to Travel Resorts of America for services not provided will be promptly paid to you, unless you otherwise advise Travel Resorts of America in writing after cancellation.

This promotion is offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Residents of California, Hawaii, Iowa, Nevada, and Washington are not eligible for this promotion.

By participating in this promotion, you agree you are subject to TRA’s Dispute Resolution/Governing Law provisions, (which can be found at www.travelresorts.com/terms-of-use/index.php. You further agree not to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you. You also agree that any claims brought with regard to this promotion shall be brought in the individual capacity of yourself and my agreement to arbitrate shall not be construed to allow or permit the consolidation or joinder of my claim(s ) with that of other claimant, or permit such claims to proceed as a class or collective action.  By signing this agreement, I am agreeing to waive any substantive or procedural rights that I may have to bring or participate in an action brought on a class or collective basis.

Late Reschedule/No-Show Policy: Because Travel Resorts of America subsidizes the cost of this camping package in order to offer it to you at a discounted price, Travel Resorts of America has instituted this Late Reschedule/No-Show Policy. Your scheduled check-in day may be modified at no charge only if the request is made AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. If your check-in date is modified less than fourteen (14) days prior to this check-in date, a $25 reschedule will be required. Participants with reservations who fail to show up on their scheduled check-in date, will have a $100 No-Show Fee charged to their debit card or credit card (dependent upon the method of payment used to purchase the camping package), and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.

Cancellation Policy: Notwithstanding the foregoing or otherwise, you may cancel and request a refund at any time within thirty (30) days following the date that you purchased your camping package, and the refund amount will be the purchase price of the camping package less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. The cancellation must be in writing and mailed to Travel Resorts of America, Attn: Cancellations, 1930 N. Poplar Street, Southern Pines, NC 28387 or email your notice of cancellation at [email protected] (FOR NON MEMBER CANCELLATIONS). Any cancellation made more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will result in forfeiture of your camping package purchase price.  Travel Resorts of America and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any printing or typographical errors contained herein.
