Did you know TRA has a live chat feature for reservations and member support? You can access our live chat feature on our website during regular business hours and on the weekends as well! Just go to our website at www.travelresorts.com, and click on “chat now” at the bottom right corner of the screen. Our live chat is available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST and Saturday & Sunday 9am – 12pm.
To access the Live Chat on your mobile device, just scroll down on the home page to the “Open Live Chat” button.
Great news! You can now cancel your reservations online.
You asked and we delivered! Online reservations can now be cancelled online up to 8 days prior to the check-in date. Any reservations that need to be cancelled 7 days or less from the check in date, will need to call Member Services at 855-332-9541.
We are very close the CampLife Reservation system overhaul completion. Cassandra Rodgers and the resort managers have been working very hard to improve the system in order to avoid the glitches and errors we have experienced recently. Please remember that Chrome is the only browser to use for the best experience with your Member Express. This will allow for a better experience for our members when making online reservations. Thank you for all on your long hours and hard work Cassandra!

There has been an important update to the Firewood Policy for all resorts.
Firewood Policy:
Members are strictly prohibited from bringing their own firewood to our Travel Resorts of America locations. This is to help limit our exposure to pest infestations at our resorts. If this policy is violated, there will be a fine assessed of $100.

Our new Members Express platform is up and running! We will be sending out emails with your login information this month. Now is the time to confirm we have the correct email address listed as your primary email. Once this is set, its a bit of a process to get it changed. For your convenience, make sure to confirm that now. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] or click on the “chat now!” box on the bottom right of this screen to speak to a representative. The chat option is available during regular business hours.
We will also be posting “how to” videos for navigating the new members express, making online reservations, and how to reset your password.
