Summer is in full swing here at Bass Lake Resort, and we are excited for the 2023 camping season!
Hi Yall!
Spring has sprung here at Rocky Fork Ranch! Easter came early this year and it was a blast. Allison filled almost 2000 eggs and the hunters found them very quickly. The weather looked sketchy but it sure didn’t affect the ”eggcellent” time! Check out the fun plans in April on our CampersApp that Allison our awesome “fun facilitator” aka recreation director has planned. She has so many cool things in store for you all this season.
We also have some very exciting news to share. The General Store is moving to the Ranch House. You heard me correctly yes it is and you will be able to shop and eat year round. We are finalizing everything but here’s a picture of the early stages. So pizza and ice cream shopping can happen in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter and so many have let us know how happy they are with this amazing change.
In other news: Our water turn-on is tentatively scheduled to begin on April 15th weather permitting! The herd is also leaving the winter pasture in April to head back to the barn. When we asked them they let us know they’ve enjoyed the new winter pasture but are ready to get back to the barn and see you all. Ashley our new barn manager is excited to meet everyone and get those horses back to work. So relax and enjoy the surroundings and the peaceful time of year.
